As of February 2019, Neto’s mapping of countries to Australia Post’s eParcel international zones is out of date and faulty. You could be mis-quoting expensive freight costs or missing out on sales to unsupported countries. As an example of the severity of the problem:
- The new eParcel Zone 9 in not present
- France is missing completely
Download the updated zone table below. You can import it into Neto under All Settings > Shipping Zones. Then update your shipping methods to use the new zones.
